Types of vehicles that require a CDL
You must have a commercial driver license (CDL) to drive any of the following vehicles:
- All single vehicles with a manufacturer's weight rating of 26,001 pounds or more.
- All trailers with a manufacturer's weight rating of 10,001 pounds or more, and a combined
vehicles' gross weight rating of 26,001 pounds or more.
- All vehicles are designed to transport 16 or more persons (including the driver). This includes
private and church buses.
- All school buses, regardless of size.
- All vehicles used to transport any material that requires hazardous material placarding or any
quantity of a material listed as a select agent or toxin in 42 CFR 73.
We do not have a store front, so all equipment picked up or dropped off is through our secured private lot.

We are also willing to buy new equipment & tools with an executed rental contract.
Insurance is required on every rental to reduce your liability but in the rental contract it is the customer’s responsibility to return the equipment in the same condition as rented in.
The Equipment is not required to be washed but if used on a job with excessive mud or muck then the machine is required to be cleaned which includes the tracks or wheels. It is illegal to haul a machine on public roadways with excessive dirt, rocks, mud or debris that can fall off during transit causing damage or harm to other vehicles.
Yes, the equipment needs to come back with the same amount of fuel it was rented with otherwise a surcharge to fuel it will be charged in addition to the cost of fuel.
